How to restore tile and grout floors

NeverStrip’s contractor customer provided this nationwide property management company with a low cost, fast solution to seal ceramic and porcelain flooring. The customer wanted to restore tile and grout floors and got what they wanted.

Process

  1. Deep cleaning of the tile and grout with a high alkaline cleaner and high pressure, heated water;
  2. Color Sealing the grout not only refresh the grout color to a like new appearance but also to seal out future contaminants to keep the grout from turning black, and
  3. Sealing the entire tile and grout floor from wall to wall with NeverStrip Tile Seal. This inorganic based sealer uses 21st Century Floor Care Technology. The product was applied @ 5,000 sq. feet per gallon per application. Three applications were completed at 1,500 sq. feet per man hour labor productivity using a flat microfiber pad and quart bottle with a spray tip.
