How Do Micron Sealers Work?

Micron Sealers protect floors by forming a clear, non-yellowing, single-component, water-based, PFAS-free, durable, dense, refreshable Micron thin film that penetrates and bonds with the surface of the flooring material.

The process begins with proper cleaning, followed by application of the Micron Sealer. Each application is applied at 6,000 sq. feet per gallon per coat with a spray and flat microfiber pad onto non-porous surfaces. The product dries in approximately 10 minutes for an additional application or foot/cart traffic. The floor prep and product application are simplistic. The space can be back in service within minutes.

Once cured, the Micron film forms a tough, easy to refresh often without new applications, easy to clean, ultra-clear, non-yellowing, barrier that protects against scratches, stains, and everyday wear, but if it scratches or is stained can often be refreshed without new product and without stripping through the use of diamond-encrusted pads with water.
